Aged in 3 and 4 years old French oak barrels. Extended maceration for 30 days. An earthy nose full of strawberries, tomato, thyme, and black pepper. The palate gives way to pomegranate, warm spices, and fresh baked bread.
Aged in new French oak for 18 months, extended maceration for 30 days. Deep dragon's blood purple color. Perfume of fresh dark stone fruit and black cherries, traces of black pepper, mushrooms, and eucalyptus. Medium bodied, the flavors are redolent of Italian plums and dark cherries. Smooth tannins lead into the spicy, smokey finish.

Aged in new French oak, and extended maceration for 30 days. This wine offers aromatics of cherries, dried figs, menthol, cocoa, and leather. With a bright acidity and medium tannins that evenly coat your mouth, the palate is full bodied tasting of black currant, dark cherries, pine needles, and bay leaves with a long lingering finish of smokey leather.
