Aged in new french oak for 18 months, extended maceration for 30 days. The nose exhibits aromas of black cherry and violets, followed by fruity notes of raspberry and red plum on the palate, finished with sweet tobacco flavor.

Aged in new french oak, and extended maceration for 30 days. This wine offers aromatics of bing cherry and rose hips. With bright acidity and medium tannins that evenly coat your mouth, the palate is full of black currant, pine needles, and bay leaves with a long lingering finish of smokey leather.
