This new world Syrah is full bodied, juicy, savory, and spicy. Aromas of cassis, cracked pepper, cloves, violets, and camphor engage your nose. An initial milk chocolate nose is followed by black cherries with notes of white pepper, menthol, and cedar. On the mouth, a blend of dark fruit flavors is seasoned with fall and winter spices. Lively acidity contributes to the brightness of the wine, balanced by medium-to-full tannins with moderate length on the finish.
