Striking, bright, vermillion  to cinnabar in color, this GSM rose smells of “spicy” strawberries and white pepper. In the mouth it is smooth with light tannins, well balanced acidity, and delicate floral notes along with pleasing minerality. Wonderfully drinkable now as a perfect holiday wine or save for a next summer refresher.

Aged in stainless steel and light honey colored. Scents of Asian pears, white peaches, and a hint of sweet cream. Medium viscosity and body, light acidity, and a very smooth mouth feel. The flavor profile has delicate floral and honeysuckle notes, Marcona almonds, minerality, and umami of fresh chanterelle mushrooms.

This new world Syrah is full bodied, juicy, savory, and spicy. Aromas of cassis, cracked pepper, cloves, violets, and camphor engage your nose. Fresh flavors of black raspberries and black cherries with nuances of licorice, black olives, tar and graphite emerge on the palate, followed by a long spicy finish.

Aromas of black currant, eucalyptus, dark chocolate, cracked pepper, and wet slate on the nose. Flavors and acidity are smooth and well integrated, including dark fruit, winter spices, and black pepper. Moderately firm tannins and the medium body contribute to a full lingering finish.

An initial milk chocolate nose is followed by black cherries with notes of white pepper, menthol, and cedar. On the mouth, a blend of dark fruit flavors is seasoned with fall and winter spices.
